Felix was a delight!!!!! He was punctual, polite, and professional. He made my BAD day feel like a wonderful day. His conversation to the repair shop was so enlightening which placed me at ease. I highly recommend this tow company.

J was amazing! Broke down at 3:00AM, and after waiting for an hour on Roadside Assistance to find me a tow, I called Steele's at 4:00AM. He was there within 40 minutes, and I was home with car dropped off at mechanic within 30 minutes! J was fantastic, professional, kind and understanding, even after being woken up at 4:00AM. ??
